Los Angeles, California (The Hollywood Times) 3/20/2019 – “F*ck the system…..this is where the art is at” says Terri Lloyd, organizer of the show.
Art opening March 23, 2019 from 12-6pm, 340 N. Avenue 61, Los Angeles, 90042, CA
It’s well-known that art galleries only show a few artists a year. Like the Young British Artists group— think Damien Hirst and Tracey Emin, this Saturday Terri Lloyd, Cynthia Underwood, Luke Saenz, Jorge Bernal, Anita Finnegan and Nina Ehlig -aka Tarnished Scorpio- buck the system and create their own show.
While the Young British Artists showed in warehouses, this show will be held in the home of Terri Lloyd in Highland Park, Los Angeles. You’ll see paintings, sculpture, metal works, a conversational Macaw and fat mafia cats drifting in and out.
Art? Yes. Alcohol? Home cooked food? Great conversation? Yes, yes and yes! Come hungry, leave happy. The front door is open. Uber or Parking available on street. All art for sale.
