In the Real Estate Business, they say that your first offer is usually your best offer which is usually the case. I am starting to think that the Entertainment Industry is parallel. I saw an opportunity that I believe could really elevate me to getting my dream network tv show.

EXPLANATION
When I was on my first Reality tv show “Farmer Wants a Wife”, CW Network produced by Fremantle Media North America I had the opportunity to pitch my own Reality show to Eugene Young who at the time was a (senior creative/development role). I got an in-person meeting, which in today’s market is like WINNING THE LOTTERY. I did not understand at 24 years’ old anything about pitch decks, sizzle reels or one sheets. I was very green in show business; it was my first tv show. I sat down with Eugene and the Production company who produced (FWAW) and told Eugene my ideas. Eugene looked at me like he just saw “Jesus” and smiled. I then took a piece of paper and did a flowchart for Eugene, he was very nice in the letdown.
Eugene casted me within one minute of meeting him when I met him for casting for (FWAW). He said Josie “One day you will get your own show as you’re a very talented person,” but now Fremantle Media is producing shows like “American Idol” and producing talent like Ryan Seacrest, Kelly Clarkson & Jennifer Hudson, etc. Eugene said to keep evolving my craft.
Both Kelly Clarkson (Winner 2002) and Jennifer Hudson (Placed 7th) who were discovered and casted by Fremantle Media and appeared on “American Idol” have gone on to have successful international syndicated daytime talk shows. Ryan Seacrest has dominated the industry in hosting, producer and media entrepreneur with projects as “American Idol”, “Wheel of Fortune”, “Dick Clarks New Year’s Rockin Eve” & Producer of “Keeping up with the Kardashians”.
Eugene was completely one hundred percent right. When I saw this opportunity with Ryan Seacrest & iHeartRadio, I had flashbacks to my time with “FREMANTLE MEDIA”. Casting, Filming, Press days and all my interactions with the show runner Eugene Young.

As you my readers know I Try to get (bts) interviews with the A List Celebrities, A list, Actors, Alist Music Artist, Models, Influencers & A list TV & FILM Studio Executives. Although I have gotten lucky with some interviews with big celebrities like “Snoop Dogg” for (THT), The Reality is that I was just blessed and Snoop Dogg threw me a bone because he sees I have working very hard.
We all know that one can’t build a career and rely on Just “LUCK” solely. Like I said on Dr Phil, you need the right connections, the right husband or bf, or have nepotism to get the BIG LUCKY BREAK where the big money is! I don’t have any of this yet, and maybe never will and that’s okay because Frank Sinatra said “All you need is one lucky break” and I have been at (THT) FOR 3 years and have given it 110 percent.
If you vote for me and I win this competition, I will FINALLY have the opportunity where I have an actual chance to interview all the most fabulous people in our industry and have Ryan Seacrest to execute my creative on the biggest platform in our industry. We all know and I have proven that I can lay them down, pick them up and nail them on the Wire, just like I did with my career in Reality TV, PLAYBOY, Thoroughbred Racehorses and currently an Entertainment Reporter at The Hollywood Times.
I have shown through my investigative journalism that I have the ability to find information that most reporters can’t. I am not afraid to ask questions (Where is the money) & (where are the good paying jobs) and when I drink Champagne I ask some (Whose dating who) and (Whose getting down with who). With this fabulous opportunity, I can push us all forward in achieving our goals. With Ryan Seacrest and iHeartRradio I will have that “LUCKY BREAK” in Hollywood that I have been writing and dreaming about the last 18 years.
