When ordering flowers for someone special, presentation matters just as much as the blooms themselves. While our recent orchid arrangement did not fully match expectations in its styling and container, the customer service that followed was excellent.
Owner Yazmin listened carefully to our concerns, responded graciously, and made a genuine effort to make things right. That kind of attentiveness and accountability goes a long way.
The orchids themselves were beautiful and healthy, with plenty of buds still preparing to bloom. Most importantly, the company demonstrated that it truly values its customers.
