2025 Pizza Maker of the Year: Chef Ryan Ososky took home the top overall honor at the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas with his Detroit-style pie.
Background: Native to the Detroit suburbs, Chef Ryan moved to LA over a decade ago after honing his culinary skills under world-renowned fine-dining chefs like Wolfgang Puck, Michael Mina, and Bradley Ogden (and running high-profile kitchens like XIV and The Churchkey).
Brick-and-Mortar Success: He expanded Dtown Pizzeria into a dedicated West Hollywood flagship on Santa Monica Blvd, elevating the traditional Detroit pie with chef-driven ingredients.
Accolades & World Titles
