Los Angeles, CA (The Hollywood Times) 3/26/25 – Last night, GLAAD celebrated the 2025 Latine Honors, a dazzling event that spotlighted LGBTQ Latine leaders across entertainment, advocacy, and journalism. The gathering, held at the iconic Grandmaster Recorders in Los Angeles, drew a star-studded crowd of top Spanish-Language and Latine media, alongside prominent nominees, as they gathered ahead of the 36th Annual GLAAD Media Awards, which will be available for streaming exclusively on Hulu starting April 12, 2025.

The evening was hosted by comedian Roz Hernandez and featured a show-stopping performance by drag sensation Salina EsTitties, presented by Hyundai Motor America.
GLAAD President & CEO Sarah Kate Ellis delivered the keynote address, while Monica Trasandes, GLAAD’s Senior Director of Spanish Language & Latine Media and Representation, extended a warm welcome. Gabe Gonzalez, host of the GLAAD digital original series ¡DIMELO!, also took the stage, honoring the attendees who represent Latine creators, storytellers, journalists, and thought leaders shaping the entertainment industry.
The night also included the presentation of the Spanish-Language Special Recognition Awards to The Q Agenda (LatiNation) and La Verdrag (Canal Once) for their groundbreaking work in amplifying queer Latine voices within entertainment and news media. These marks a historic first as GLAAD Media Award honorees were recognized ahead of the official awards ceremony.
Special guests in attendance included David Archuleta, Jonathan Burke, Kirstie Diaz, Pixie Dot, Victoria Bazúa, Linda Yvette Chávez, Jordan Gonzalez, Harvey Guillén, Brigitte-Muñoz Liebowitz, Ian Paget, Christine Pike, Vico Ortiz, Johnny Sibilly, Juan Torres-Falcon, Sofia Yepes, and many others.
The event’s beats were provided by DJ Trussie.
The Latine Honors was curated and produced by GLAAD’s Spanish-Language & Latine Media division, a part of the GLAAD Media Institute, which is dedicated to training, consulting, and research within the LGBTQ community.
