Los Angeles, CA, (The Hollywood Times) 10/15/24 – Paul Vincent is everything but ordinary, especially regarding healing. Vincent has over twenty years of experience in the mental health and fitness space. He is an accomplished academic, world-class athlete, and celebrity trainer.

He has helped others dismantle limitations that they put on themselves. Paul Vincent believes that all aspects of life affect our well-being, including the physical, cultural, social, and spiritual. That is why, after years of studying and learning with diverse cultures, he advocates for holistic health.

Taking what he learned to connect the health practices that have been around for generations. Mixing it with modern discoveries to empower people to take care of their health.

Eventually, he produced the 90-day bio-optimization online program Limit-Less. It is designed to teach participants how to utilize their health efficiently. Daily teaching helps release old habits and implement new habits. This is to help them elevate their lives and healthcare journey.

I had an incredible conversation with Paul Vincent about his transformative 90-day program. He mentioned how he began as a high-performing athlete when asked about his start. That began his journey to understanding his body, which has led him to work and train celebrities and Olympic athletes for many years. His many different experiences helped him achieve the 90-day program

This is what he said about his program. “It is a progressive program. “Every week, there is a new cycle, twelve of these cycles. Okay, so you go through it, and you follow along. It is extremely easy because you know it if, for example, you have a sport that you do, or a martial art, or Pilates, or something you love, it works in unison with that. It is not replacing everything in your life.”

Vincent uses both the science and holistic world to his advantage. He was, for a while, only science but made a shift. “It got me curious about their lifestyle compared to our modern Western lifestyle. I started to try and embed myself with them and live with them and understand them. And that took me on a new journey, more into the holistic world.”

He also believes that mental and physical health are connected. Limit-Less is supposed to function as a program that fits into your lifestyle so you can slowly understand what you need to help your growth.

“I have always said I think wellness and health should be a byproduct of your lifestyle, not something that we are forcing into to compensate for our lifestyle. People find it very surprising that there might be an upfront cost to adapting their behavior and lifestyle, but it is minimal. Then, once you get this rhythm, it comes very easy.”
